Neil Ferguson

Chief Executive Officer

Neil joined Westpork in 1997 as Production Manager.  Neil holds a Bachelor of Agribusiness and brings experience from the stockfeed and chicken industries. 

As Chief Executive Officer, Neil is responsible for implementing the company’s Strategic Plan set down by the Board.  He oversees all production and sales activities and manages capital expenditure projects.

Scott Wallace

Chief Financial Officer (CA)
Scott was appointed to Westpork in June 2013.  Prior to his appointment, Scott spent eight years as the Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary for an ASX listed forestry company.
 
A Chartered Accountant by trade, Scott has over 14 years experience in Corporate Restructuring in accounting firms: KPMG; Ernst & Young, and KordaMentha including secondments to a major Australian Bank in their specialised business services division.

Richard Evison

General Manager - Pork Production

Richard manages all aspects of production, environment and farming across Westpork's farms, including oversight of the management team.

Richard joined Westpork in 2009 after farming in Canada, England and Western Australia.  He was brought up on his family's pig farm back in the UK and brings his experience from both intensive and free range operations.

Richard is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program course 18 and holds a Diploma in Agriculture.

Paul Ridgewell

Production Manager - Northern Farms

Paul oversees the Gingin and Mindarra operations, being involved in the daily running of the farms and assisting the farm managers with achieving their targets. 

Paul joined Westpork in 2010 after managing large pork operations in Queensland and Western Australia.

Colin Flynn

Production Manager - Southern Farms

Colin oversees the Serpentine, Pinjarra, Martup, Kojonup and Mt Barker operations, being involved in the daily running of the farms and assisting the farm managers with achieving their targets.

Colin joined Westpork in 2019 after managing large commercial operations in Ireland.
